How to incorporate a healthy balance?

  • Step 1: Try to reduce the amount of times you consume processed food. From 4 times a week, down to 3,2, and eventually quit. Do it slowly; it takes a lot of dedication.
  • Step 2: Consume at least 10 cups of water daily!! Tip: try to mix in fruits with water if you don't like water.
  • Step 3: Eat high protein diet so that your body can feel full. High prtein foods include lean chicken, lean pork, fish, tofu, and beans.
  • Step 4: Be Active!! Exercising is so important because it prevents the development of many disease. If you are not active at all, try to take it easy in the beginning and then progress.
